It maps communities, powers AI‑native intelligence, enables programmable capital, coordinates citizen‑owned infrastructure, and manages cross‑sovereign interoperability.

**Modular by design.** You can adopt a single layer, integrate several, or run the full stack. Every component is interoperable and composable. The goal is to let independent sovereigns act together while retaining independence.
