How You Can Participate
Atlas OS is designed to grow with its community of backers, builders, and sovereign partners. You can join in two primary ways: by contributing capital as a Backer, or by contributing skills and execution as a Builder. Both roles are essential, and both are rewarded with onchain ownership that ties you to the success of the network.
1. Backer Pass
Who it is for Investors, funders, ecosystem partners, or aligned sovereigns who want to accelerate Atlas OS through capital support.
What you do
Contribute funding to unlock a specific layer’s development.
Signal long-term commitment by holding the pass and supporting milestones.
Help seed early treasury stability for infrastructure, integrations, and pilots.
What you get
Guaranteed allocation from that layer’s dedicated token pool.
Priority access to layer-specific opportunities such as vaults, infrastructure drops, and integrations.
Onchain recognition as a founding backer of the layer.
The ability to trade, gift, or collateralize your pass as an NFT-backed asset.
2. Builder Pass
Who it is for Developers, protocol architects, infrastructure operators, designers, governance experts, and other hands-on contributors who can deliver key milestones for the layer.
What you do
Build and ship core components of the layer: code, hardware deployments, integrations, governance tools, or operational frameworks.
Work directly with Atlas OS teams or sovereign partners to deliver production-ready outcomes.
Participate in closed pilots, simulations, and cross-sovereign projects.
What you get
Allocation from the same layer’s token pool, based on contribution value and verified delivery.
Onchain recognition as a builder of sovereign infrastructure.
Access to early-use cases and co-development with aligned network states.
The same NFT-backed rights and portability as Backers.
Contribution-Based Allocations
Atlas OS does not use one-size-fits-all rewards. Each layer has its own treasury and token allocation, which is divided between Backers and Builders according to actual value delivered:
Capital Value: Size and timing of funding contributions.
Execution Value: Verified technical or operational delivery.
Ecosystem Leverage: Partnerships or integrations that accelerate adoption.
This ensures that every allocation reflects measurable input into the success of the layer.
IRL Integration with Network States
Atlas OS is more than a protocol. We are building the connective fabric for real-world communities. Selected Backers and Builders may be invited to spend time inside one of the participating network states for at least one month or longer.
Work alongside other sovereign founders, technologists, and policy innovators.
Help deploy live infrastructure or governance pilots on the ground.
Strengthen the social and cultural bonds that make digital coordination resilient.
These experiences turn short-term contributions into long-term relationships, ensuring the network state ecosystem grows with aligned values.
